Just noticed your last posting. This is not an attempt to play one upmanship or such but I handled R & J's bookings in the early sixties, and spent time with them (and Shirley and Leon) in recording, radio and TV studios and on live appearances and at their homes so I guess that I got to know them just a little.

As you say, it was a long time ago.
