I just had a nurse friend attempt suicide. I won't drag her over here because of what she might encounter. But for those who think this may be a fable, it may be. It sure is the sort of thing that happened again and again though.

And so that one day a year we can have a safe zone, I am going to be asking for a moderated Veterans Day thread again, free of politics and especially free of abuse, just a safe place that people can post anecdotes, thoughts, memories. mg
