Just for the record - the words "some individuals still hope to organise some small-scale dances and sessions" did not appear anywhere in the article. That is Devonian's interpretation, (or his opinion of its meaning), to which of course he is fully entitled.

Essentially that part of the article was a greatly reduced version of the press release posted on this thread by Tony Day on 08 Nov at 06:57 PM.

The words and phrases actually used - several times- were "planning" and "intending to run", not "hoping to organise". The words "small-scale" did not appear anywhere.
