Hmmm, I believe it's called Farewell To Dublin. I have a gazillion Wolfe Tones cd's and it's on two of them. But it's also two different versions. On the cd "A Sense of Freedom" it's a lovely song, but on the cd "Across the Broad Atlantic" there's more verses, and it's positively depressing. Gosh, I love it. I don't know who wrote it (I think one of the Warfield Brothers, but don't quote me on that), although I think I may have that info in the liner notes at home. It's a great song that along with the likes of "Flight of Earls", gives a great feeling of what it was like to leave Ireland. I don't really know much about the song (i.e. why it was written, who inspired it, etc), but I do want to say it's nice to know there's other Wolfe Tones fans out there!!!
