Subject: Anti-Bush Folk Song Here
Hello Everyone,

I'm Lee Paxton, and I write and record my own brand of folk music that is also a mix of blues and jazz at times, and I have some free MP3s available for free download on my following SassJoy Records website:

http://www.aesound.com/leepax/

One of my songs that you may like in particular,is entitled, "Liberty
Bell", and it bashes the arrogant ways of the Bush adminstration and
their immoral and greasy war for oil. Another one of my songs that is available for free download on the site is, "Work Clothes", and it
discusses the plight of working poor people all over the world. Hope
you enjoy the songs, and take care.

Peace,

- Lee Paxton

Oh, and here are the lyrics to my song, "Liberty Bell", so that you
can sing along with, if you would like, they're right here:

"Liberty Bell"    by Lee Paxton © 2004

Ring, Ring the Liberty Bell, such a wonderful sound
even though the bell is cracked, you can't put my Liberty down

Years ago in Kent, Ohio the cops tried to shoot us down
but tears of rage fueled the nation's front page, and ain't nobody
gonna turn us around
We're gonna fight and die for our rights, if that's what we got to do
Realize that Uncle Sam don't give a damn, how many Presidents would
die for you?

Ring, Ring the Liberty Bell, such a wonderful sound
even though the bell is cracked, you can't put my Liberty down

Now the Tyrants that run this land, they want to make war for oil
they want our boys to kill people for what's under the soil
but we're gonna reject their bullshit war, and we'll stand up today
there are still things worth fighting for, but war for oil just ain't
the way

Ring, Ring the Liberty Bell, such a wonderful sound
even though the bell is cracked, you can't put my Liberty down

Now the FCC opposes Freedom of Speech
and they hide it in a shroud of "decency"
But restricting another man's Freedom of Speech
doesn't seem very decent to me

Ring, Ring the Liberty Bell, such a wonderful sound
even though that old bell is cracked, you can't put my Liberty down
Ring, Ring the Liberty Bell, such a wonderful sound
even though the bell is cracked, you can't put my Liberty down

Long ago, when I was a boy, before I was a man
people tried to tell me what to think, but now I think I understand
Each person has to find in themselves a more righteous way
ain't nobody can control your mind, and there ain't nuthin' more I got to say, except

Ring, Ring the Liberty Bell, such a wonderful sound
even though that bell is cracked, you can't put my Liberty down
Ring, Ring the Liberty Bell, such a wonderful sound
even though the bell is cracked, you can't put my Liberty down
