Our arsewipe governor is one of those types only with no redeeming values. He just told the state last week that people who make under $36,000 should have to pay more taxes for state services because they are the ones who use the services the most! He actually said they should give a little skin. He comes from a wealthy farming and ranching family; he pays no rent on the governor's mansion, nor, I am sure, does he pay any utility bills or worry about HIS kid going hungry at breakfast or lunch. And, he made no mention of how the poor use up such state services as the Dept. of Transportation provides, keeping the roads in good repair for all of the semis that are constantly travelling through. Guess all those less well-off people must be using a lot of the DOT budget, ruining the roads like they are with all those vehicles they own. Oh, and the senior citizens, who are on fixed incomes, whose prescription meds are what? doubling or quadrupling compared to everyone else's? No mention of how much skin they oughta lose over the measly little assistance they might get on paying rent or taking a stupid subsidised city run mini-bus, which you have to reserve a day in advance for your schedule, to and fro to their low cost senior citizen center meal. Nope, the gov of Wyo will make you pay what you don't have in order to give you a little help! What a fawking scumbag!
