You can buy a new keyboard for anything from $1 upward. I think my Logitech keyboard was between $30 - $40. I love it. There is a little gap between "A" and "Caps Lock." I am more likely to stray upward when typing the backspace key. I accidentally hit the hot key at the top and bring up a screen called "My Music" (of all things!).

The Logitech board was a good move--I should have done it sooner. My computer came with a fancy keyboard (it's an HP) and with Win ME as the OS. When I switched over to Win 2000 Pro I couldn't get the functionality of the buttons and knobs to come back. But the Logitech installs itself with those bells and whistles. I particularly like the volume contral for my speakers.
