Speaking as someone in a very small minority...I am allergic to cigarette smoke...the ban would be great for me. I used to smoke heavily until 1991.....stopped totally in one day and developed the allergy about 5yrs later.
Smoking does damage health including other peoples so perhaps it would be for the best to ban it in certain public places.
If you "knowingly" damage health in any other way, what happens????
