I love this song summertime...Its not so much the lyrics but the music. Very smooth...However it always freaks me out no matter how many times I hear it because tradidtionally it is sung in the style of opera (on broadway) instead of jazz...But like anything in life the style in which this great song is sung all depends on who is singing it...I love to listen to it in the style of opera weather it is a baratone or soprano, but I like to sing it like an old smooth jazz tune.
