I've seen a couple (maybe more, if I think about it harder).

At the top of a very steep, large hill sat a hospital with two very long driveways coming down the hill into traffic. I was sitting in that traffic looking up at the hospital amazed by the height of that hill. All of a sudden, at the top of the hill, I saw a name laying on one of those tables with legs that they take you to the operating room on. He had a johnny (you know, one of those little robes you have to wear in the hospital) and was pushing the wheels like crazy, making the ?gurdy? go like crazy toward one of the driveways. My mouth was wide open and as I looked at my husband to ask him to see this frightening scene, the light turned green and I never got to see if that poor man plummeted down the hill into traffic. It is, however, a sight I have never forgotten and often wondered about and this was years ago.

Another one that amused me and I always felt would make a great picture, was the sight of an Amish couple in full dress, with their quaint little stand in front of a gigantic 18 wheeler selling their fruits. I still laugh at that thought.

Truth is certainly stranger than fiction.
