PEASANT!!!! Hare should be roasted on a flat baking tray in a blood/red wine mixture, having been wrapped in smoked bacon. Then, steep it in a mixture of brandy and red cherries, re heat and serve. oh... sorry I forgot..... this isn't a cookery thread is it.
