Hi all

This weekend is the Caverham Winter Warmer festival. Based in local pubs - the main events are fri,sat & sun - but with pub sessions either side to give a decent run.

Mike Tierney does a great job of pulling this one together, and it is all in aid of charity (no entrance fee, but plenty of collection boxes). Do come & support the event if you get the chance. There are bar concerts & session/singarounds - should be great (the last one was). Its not a massive festival, but it does have a buzz because the venues are so small. One thing to be aware of is that it is not particularly child-friendly - I think that maybe the only venue that allows kids is the Clifton Arms (may be best to ring and check first if you are en famille).
