Rapaire, I'm beginning to understand my mudcat addiction a little more clearly. Continual marinade in beer...skim off...add more... No wonder this place often has such a mild,lovely taste only to be occasionaly surprised by an oily bitter bite.... It's on days when someone forgot the marinade...
