Pauline, I've never been particularly good coming up with ideas or words of advice to help people when they are going through tough and painful times in life, but I am a good listener and I know for me, sometimes just having someone listen helps.   

Unfortunately on the internet you can't tell that anyone out there is listening unless they type something, so I did. As Tinker said, "Keep talking".
