Pauline - I know this is a tough time for you but remember that all things pass in time.

Take this opportunity to discover what it is you want to do. I mean it. Get creative. So many people are stuck in their jobs they never have the chance to explore other possibilities. This is also a good time to 'make family'. I'm not kidding. Cultivate those friendships. The more people you know, the better the chance of landing a job.

I know how hard it can be but it will not last. By this time next year, you will be feeling fine. The only truth is that things change.
