Larry, Larry, Larry!--I am a Scot---one of those who get lampooned about using their viagra tablet one lick at a time in order to save money, or who know what else can be done with sheep besides making bodhrans with their skin, or who are "porridge-eaters" or "haggis-bashers", "macs" and "jocks". Like the Americans, we can get mad when serious accusations are made, the more hurting if they have any truth attached. But for gawd's sake try having a laugh at the mischievous "digs".

I wish "Winston Churchill" would sign himself "GUEST" ."Winnie", I have noted, is lionised on this side of the pond. Power of the media, I suppose. If he had been the paragon which is imagined in North America, he would never have been rejected, now would he? Dwight Eisenhower [an admirable leader] would willingly have strangled him at times. And Maggie Thatcher likewise. She was so damn' bad that it didn't take an election to throw her out; her own loyal Tory Party gave her the boot. Too late to save their reputation----fortunately!
