The Georgian language of the Caucasus Mountains does not distinguish between genders. "Es" means he, she, and it. "Mepe" means both king and queen.While the language is non-sexist, the people who speak the language have an incredibly sexist culture, sproving that non-gendered language isn't a solution for sexism.
