Okay the best I know of is Bob Passante. Bob is a gentleman, works out of New Jersey. And he is obliging. Strings , capos, ....he's your man.

The very cheapest strings are Stringthis out of Dallas, but they haven't got the range that Bob has.

Both cheaper and more obliging than anyone en Angleterre sadly.
