Amber folk Festival used to be held about this time in November at Ripley in Derbyshire. I don't know if it is still on, but it isn't that long ago since I last saw an ad. I haven't noticed one for the last couple of years, and I haven't noticed an ad. for it on the South Riding Folk Network News, which would just about cover that area.

I think the song is perhaps "Pimples on a Pound of Pickled Pork". I can't quite remember, but it's something along those lines. I may have a way of finding out. If I do I will tell you. I haven't a clue how the song might end if it wasn't recorded at a live gig, but that is the only version I have heard.
