My WV grandfather occasionally hunted with out-of-staters. He didn't drink moonshine. Wouldn't touch the stuff. Preferred good bourbon.

One of his out-of-state hunting companions was always asking him for moonshine.

Grandpa finally went to the state liquor store, bought a bottle of pure grain alcohol, poured it into a mason jar and gave it to the guy.

The fellow never asked for more.
