In my younger days (before I was a responsible parent) I owned a share in a still outside of Seattle. We ran all kinds of mash through that thing - even potato. We would run the still according to the phases of the moon. It was clean and clear but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The alcohol content was so high that it made you crazier than crazy. Be careful!
