I know the chorus pretty well, and had access to it already as a MIDI.
The website "melody lane" lists the song, but it is a members only website that isn't accepting new members currently due to bad health of the sponsor. (www.melodylane.net). I think I joined it a year or two ago, but I forgot to write down my password, etc. so now I'm stuck on the outside. As I recall, they include the whole tune with verses and chorus on that site. I believe that Burl Ives recorded the whole song with verses as well as chorus. But I'm too cheap to go out and buy it (I'm not even sure it's in print). The song is off copyright since it was written in 1915. If you know the chorus try my chords and see what you think... maybe they could be improved.
