No, their staffers would still read it. Think about it...100 pages a day for each bill on the table? I can't imagine any member of congress spending that much time reading bills and still doing the rest of their job.

The time Bev and Jerry suggest will be helpful to the process because the congresspeoples' staff members will have enough time to comb each bill for this kind of crap.
