I've just moved from near you. There's absolutely nothing happening musically in West London nowadays but there used to be a few years ago in Acton, run by the Reeling in Ealing people who occasionally still put on a ceilidh at Ealing Town Hall. You need to go right out to Uxbridge or Harrow as others have mentioned. So you might as well come into Central London.
