Aren't they "jodphurs," with the common "ph" dipthong that sounds like "f"?

I know that in Irish "bh" = "v" (as Cobh = "cove" and Siulliabhan = Sullivan), and thought that "dh" had some other assigned phoetic sound, even if it's often barely vocalized.
