It was announced in Washington today that because President Bush will be unable to fulfill his duties, Vice President Dick Cheney will take office on his behalf. In the event that Cheney becomes incapacitated, the Presidency will be assumed by the CEO of Halliburton. The Constitutional rewrite (called 'fine tuning' by Washington insiders) necessary for the orderly transition of power will be handled within the week.
