Charmion:I cooked a country ham a couple of years ago at Christmas. Unfortunately, my family did not appreciate the taste of the Southern delicacy. I ended up using it to season various veggies, particularly beans, over the next few months. Me, I LOVE country ham, and if invited, I might show up on your doorstep come Christmas.

We have our combined families over on Christmas Eve for dinner and the menu includes: Beef, Pork and Chicken tamales with sauce, beans and rice. Dessert will be Bourbon Pecan Pie and Pumpkin pie.
