Those words appear in an arrangement of  The Peeler and the Goat  recorded some years ago by the Irish band Oisin. There is no such refrain in the broadside or traditional forms I've seen, so I don't know if it really belongs to the song or not. It goes something like

With a hecketty-dee, let go of me
Or I'll puck you with my horns-o;
And a hecketty-dee, let go of me
Or I'll leave you bruised and torn-o.
