How do they install them in smoke then, Smarty-Pants? Where do they make holey smoke anyway. Holey ground - now I've seen that. You can install holes in the ground your ownself. I like to do that. Don't remember where I got the holes from beforehand though.
Then there's the mystery of "the hole in one". One what? What do they wrap holes in when you buy them?
