Not to be a fussbudget or anything, but the phrase is "gods above me" not "stars above me".
For some of us, Ella Fitzgerald's version in the Cloe Porter Songbook is the gold standard. Annie Lennox's version is pretty good too -- on a pretty crummy album!! It does have k.d. lang's "So In Love" on it, if I recall, which also helps redeem it. Her AIDS video remains for me the most powerful I have ever seen. yours, Peter T.
