Getting back to something sensible...

Now that local councils have responsibility for licensing public houses and the 'two-in-a-bar' rule no longer applies, can anyone tell me whether The Anchor, The Volunteer, The Bedford et al have received their new licences yet from East Devon Council?

Will the Council be as strict on enforcing licensing regulations in public houses as they are threatening to be with the arena, campsites, marquees etc.?
