We had a cat called Marmalade. My Polish Granny had problems pronouncing it and called her Jam instead - Honest! She also used to call our twin daughters Amy and the other Amy - Because she had both problems pronouncing Catherine and couldn't tell them apart!

Current mog is Homer but I always fancied calling a cat 'Ceefor':-)
