It really is a hopeless cause anyway.........Now my friends, how about we start with Avocado Mousse wrapped in Smoked Salmon with Tomato Coulis (a sauce for those who don't know). Then I will serve some of my wonderful Leek and Potato Soup, followed by Grilled Salmon with Sorrel Sauce. For dessert, we go with Pineapple and Nectarine Timbales with Banana-Rum Ice Cream, which we will make fresh, of course......
