kevin never released England England although the songs surfaced on various albums.Did you see it live -what was it like-especially intrigues by Bob Hoskins singing Kevin's songs.Kevin also appeared on a British documentry series Chasing Rainbows talking about England,England and performing songs from it -a dvd does exist.
