One of the important things I learned about interviewing was that most employers don't want to know about your personal life or your problems. They want to know what you can do for them that no one else can. A good friend told me, going into interviews, that I should tell the interviewer that I could do anything & then, do it! Naturally, you have to be somewhat reasonable in your claims, but many jobs are a stretch to start w/, until you get the hang of what is expected. Part of it has to do w/ going in w/ a "can-do" attitude. Believe in yourself & others are more likely to, as well.
