It appears to me, DougR, that the only reason that no logs were broken is that the law has not yet caught up with the Internet Age. But given the definition of lobbyists, there would be a good place to start.

The creation story sounds very much like various stories in Alaska. Read how RAVEN discoveed MAN or how light came to be in the world. We do capitalize many of those terms- although I don't know how that came about, because of their being oral history, rather than written narratives.
