I have found sites with postscript files that will print out a blank page with staves for standard notation. There might be such a thing with a postscript or pdf file for tab. If so you can just keep it on file and print it whenever you need it. For pdf you will need the free Acrobat reader; but the quality will be far better than you will get with GIF, etc files.
