Regarding the dog problem, Guest, I think the dog has to be of a reasonably large breed, for a start...small dogs, forget it.

Then the woman would have to assume a position which would allow the dog to, well, you know...I don't really want to go into further details, but use your imagination.

There is nothing in this world so stupid or unnatural that you cannot find some fool willing to do it for money! :-)
