Ah, Muse -- my friends and I have "Fat Fridays," too. Days when all concerns are off about carbs, calories and things that go "burp" in the night. (This is usually when we visit one of three good Mexican restaurants in town.) In one of my previous jobs I worked Sunday through Thursday and on Fridays we started having "Champagne Fridays," which grew and grew until eventually there were 12 rowdy women gathering at the restaurants in town that served decent champagne. In the summer, we moved out on their patios and had bellinis (I think that's the spelling -- it's peach nectar and champagne all whirled together in a smoothie, a perfect drink for summer).

In fact... it's summer SOMEwhere, isn't it? I think I'll take me a bellini right this very moment. Doug, are you the barkeep?
