Actually Halifax is a bit of a shithouse but this fred is about 'ull and 'ell.
'ull must be worse cos 'ell is an hypothetical state of mind and therefore does not exist in reallity.
Ergo as it does not exist in reallity we have nothing to compare it to, nobody has ever come back from 'ell and said " that was like being in 'ull "

So as 'ull gets more slagging off than any other place it must be worse than 'ell.
