Mudjack, the original Boy Scout manual as written by Sir Robert Baden-Powell was called "Scouting for Boys" and contained a chapter on the evils of masturbation which he called "beastliness" The title of the book has been the subject of much innuendo in British (particularly radio) comedy for many years. I,(after many years searching) found a second-ahnd copy a few years ago, and the unconcious hilarity in this chapter is amazing.
