Yep, a good orgasm will fix a migraine..... but not very many people feel like trying when they have a migraine..... something to do with release of pressure.. and lots of great hormones/ endorphins whatever... coursing about.

If you grow feverfew, you can have it in sandwiches and salads.

I get the visual symptoms, which then go away,... once they go I have 45 minutes before the headache itself hits.... usually I take Ibuprofen, lavender oil on the temples and head for a dark room.... I have a homeopathic spray which you use under your tongue... it worked today at the visual disturbance stage......

but I suppose I could make a phone call and see if anyone wants a bonk... purely for medical research purposes, you understand... *grin*
