If you could remind them of our session in Plaistow on 27th, that would be great... we've lost every single thing that was on the old computer... some of it may be retrievable but on the whole, I'm looking at worst case scenario.... NO EMAIL FOLDERS!!! It was such a bad crash that we bought another computer! (And all because we wanted to install software to enable us to work the video camera we've had for 4 years and hardly used....)
