In folk songs people are always 'chancing' upon a 'pretty young fair maid' or 'handsome squire' who take one look at them and fall in love.
I wondered if this ever really happens?
Has anyone been wandering through the streets of London town when a hansome young squire they chance'd for to meet? Or had similar experiances!?!?!?
I'd be interested.
