I've survived the mother-in-law weekend, and have cooked u pa few entrants for the salsa contest. Someone kept suggesting that I use those scotch bonnet peppers, and so I did. Just hold onto your stetsons (styro and otherwise) and arm yourself with your favorite brew to put out the fire afterwards. Oh, and here's a bit of jalapeno corn bread to go with that chili. Ah, life is good!
