well...Yahoo has special considerations, since it has many, many places that require passwords, cookies...etc. Mozilla/Firefox has some built-in filters to help you avoid bad stuff, so 'perhaps' the site needs settings adjusted?

it can be important to know the exact wording of the 'alert' and the type of site involved. Is it a Yahoo 'group' which requires a log-in or something you haven't told Firefox about yet?
