I totally agree with both Anon. and Bill the Collie about 'Celtic Connections'. It's my favourite festival of the year.

Sure you can enjoy top-quality music in top-quality surroundings and the ticket prices for such quality are not unreasonable.

But you can also enjoy great music for free or see many top acts perform one-after-another at the Late Night Festival Club.

Those who have not yet been should give it a try.
