Brucie was drunk again, I guess.

I was on the computer for a while, then when the neighbors got noisy I went upstairs and watched drunken kids try to walk across a snow/ice covered street to their cars so they could get home before curfew.

By midnight I was in bed (alone), reading a book on the air war in the Pacific at the end of WW2.

This morning I awakened at 6:30, read the paper in bed (SOS), made breakfast (steak and eggs), and eventually started blowing snow. The shear pin on part of the snow blower's auger broke and I went get a new one. The ones I got didn't fit, so I went elsewhere and found some that did. Finished the job, called my brother Ted and left a HNY message, and took a two hour nap. Upon arising I pulled some beef out of the freezer so that I can make beef-barley-vegetable soup.
