Comedian, Panto Dame and composer of 'Odd Odes' Cyril Flethcer died yesterday aged 91. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Betty Astell aged 92. All my heroes seem to be going! Good obit in todays DT. Interesting to learn that the thing I first remember him for 'Dreamin' of thee, Dreamin' of thee.... was written by (of all people) Edgar Wallace, the thriller writer.
