I have a C84. They give them away over here (U.S.) when you buy certain other items.

My color management is marked 'Automatic', and everything I have is the way it was when I installed the printer. Works just fine. I wonder if you have clogged jets or a bum ink cartridge. If you right click on the icon for the printer, you'll get the options of 'nozzle check', 'head cleaning', which might be good things to do. If it's a new printer, I'd complain.

If it's not... my last Epsom got its color nozzles gummed up about a year after I bought it, and I don't think there's anything I could have done to un-gum them. I had a pretty good black-and-white printer after that.
